Pilates Plus Fitness offers Pilates reformer classes and fitness classes. Pilates reformers are specialized equipment which help the client to learn the Pilates method of Contrology (control through movement). This approach strengthens the core which supports the spine, reducing the risk of injury, improving posture, increasing muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility along with joint mobility and creates a long, lean physique. Core stability creates more efficient movement. Pilates concepts implement functional full range of motion movements to improve your postural alignment and flexibility while developing muscular strength and endurance. Pilates Plus Fitness personnel will work with you to develop a workout plan to achieve the Pilates principles of balance within your muscles, thereby creating balance in your body.
